Whicker Construction will be celebrating our 25th year in business in 2014. Originally starting as a roofing company then moving on to roofing & remodeling. Whicker Construction built there 1st home in 1996. More recently Whicker Construction’s focus has been Custom home construction, Remodeling, Insurance restoration, & service repair type work. Whicker Constructions typical annual sales volume is 2-3 million dollars of which $500,000-$750,000 is generated from remodeling the balance from new homes, Insurance restoration & service repair work. Brad is a past board of director of the Builders association of greater Indianapolis, and is the past president of the Hendricks County Builders Council. Brad is a charter member of The professional builder council club # 37. Being a member of this group has been a very rewarding experience both from the friendships he has made as well as the business expertise he has gained.

Brad & Renea also own Whicker Properties, which currently owns three commercial buildings with a total of seven tenants. There focus is accumulating older commercial properties in good locations. Typically the buildings are in need of repair or improvement. The current goal is to accumulate 2-3 more properties and generate a net cash flow of $10,000 per month.

Brad and his wife Renea both serve in elected positions in their community. Rena serves on the town council of Plainfield Brad Serves on the County Council for Hendricks County. Renea is a Spanish teacher at Plainfield High School. They are both very active in there community. Their children are active in many sports. Their oldest Maria is currently a freshman @ Indiana University studying Nursing. Victoria is currently a Senior @ Plainfield High school & swimmer on the school swim team. Victoria plans to attend the University of Kentucky and study Pharmacy. Their son Bradley is a freshman @ Plainfield High school & plays football, & baseball. Their youngest child, Sophia is currently a sixth grader & plays on the middle school golf team.

As a family they like to vacation by the beach, on a lake boating or in the Mountains snow skiing.
