Brannen Design and Construction was founded by Jay and Melissa Brannen in 1998. Jay went to the University of Alabama where he earned his bachelor degree in Real Estate Finance. He then moved to Fort Collins Colorado where he pursued his masters degree in Construction Management, Jay began his career with a job in heavy commercial construction working for Hensel Phelps Construction and stayed with them for 3 years. Jay then decided to turn to residential to start his own custom home business and has now been building homes for over 15 years. Brannen has dedicated itself to building luxury custom homes and has a unique team approach. Jays wife Melissa has a key role in their business managing all client selections and running the interior design side of their business. Melissa’s father was a custom home builder and she always had a passion for what he did.

Jay and Melissa sincerely love building custom homes and working together. They believe their success lies in their philosophy to make every home a masterpiece that will speak of quality,integrity, and luxury for years to come!
