Jeff is the founder of Haggart Luxury Homes that specialized in both custom homes and remodeling in the Portland Metro, Central Oregon, and SW Washington markets. Jeff has been in business for over 16 years and has completed over 35M dollars worth of residential projects during this time. As a distinguished builder in his market he has been featured in numerous home shows including one of the longest running, largest shows in the nation, The NW Natural Street of Dreams, in 03, 04, 05, 08, and 2013. Over 400,000 people visited these homes and Haggart Luxury Homes was honored with multiple awards including the shows most prestigeous ‘Best of Show” in both 05 and 2005 and 2008.

Haggart Luxury Homes has been featured in many publications including, Luxe Magazine, The Street of Dreams magazine, and Dream Homes of the Pacific NW to name a few. Haggart Luxury Homes was named “Builder of the Year” in our local market in 2008.

Jeff has served on his local Home Builders Association Board of Directions, State Directors and numerous committees. Jeff was one of the first Certified Master Builders in the State of Oregon and graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
