With over 20 years of custom homebuilding experience, Kyle Lindsey is the President and CEO of Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes L.L.C. Kyle Lindsey Custom Homes prides itself on working with subcontractors for true bids to ensure an accurate budget for the client. Kyle remains closely involved with his cohesive team of subcontractors throughout each detail of the building process. This process guarantees a winning combination between the client and builder and ensures a well-constructed custom home that meets or exceeds his client’s expectations. Kyle has built homes in the 2007, 2008 & 2012 parade of homes and has received many awards for each of those homes … to mention the Greenest House Award for the 2008 Parade of homes. Kyle has also won the City of San Antonio’s highest green builder award in its first year established, Greenest Builder Award (2008) from the City of San Antonio.
In addition to winning many Summit Awards, Kyle serves on:
- President of Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association
- City Public Service’s Citizen Advisory Committee
- Build San Antonio Green’s board of directors
- Trinity Oaks (non-profit) Board of Directors
He also served on the Mayor’s Sustainability Task Force—Mission Verde. He is a member & President of the Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association, Texas Association of Builders, National Association of Home Builders, Build San Antonio Green and Builder 20 Club # 37. Kyle is also an owner in a local buying group of custom home builders called Texas Custom Builder’s Guild LLC. Kyle currently builds 3 to 5 custom homes each year.
