Atkins Family Builders will be celebrating our 10th anniversery in 2014. We specialize building custom homes from $400,000 to over $1,000,000 in the Green Bay, Wisconsin, Appleton, WI and Door County,WI region.

Steve and Sheryl Atkins founded the company with the idea that the company would sustain under the direction of their family. To that end Daniel has recently joined the company as a Project Manager and will be groomed to take over the company within the next 5 years.

Steve, while running the overall operation, concentrates on working with our clients through the initial contract stage. Sheryl oversees all the back office functions. Dan organizes the projects through the planning and budgeting stage and also oversees the actual construction process.

Steve attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio as well as the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio majoring in architecture and business. Prior to becoming a builder Steve spent many years in the lumber and truss industry. Dan Atkins is nearing completion of his Construction Management degree from the University of Wisconsin/Stout. Dan completed his internship with Victor Myers another member of our builder 20 group.

Steve is the immediate Past President of the Brown County/Northeast WI Builders Association and remains on the Board of Directors and has also served as Vice President of the Wisconsin Builders Association and also remains on the Board of Directors there.
