With over 20 years of custom home building and construction management experience, John Kerber is the President and CEO of Dominion Development Company, L.L.C. John’s company builds healthy, high performance custom homes and develops land in the Central Virginia communities of Charlottesville,  Albemarle County and surrounding areas.

Prior to founding Dominion Development Company, John earned his Bachelor and Masters of Science Degrees in Construction Management from Michigan State University. John is currently the immediate Past-President of the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association and on the Board of Directors for both the Free Enterprise Forum and the Home Builders Association of Virginia. He is also affiliated with the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors and Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
