Phil is a third generation builder with over 30 years of experience in the construction business. The family business has developed, designed, built and remodeled both residential and commercial projects in the Madison Wisconsin area since 1893. They primarily focus on designing and building custom homes along with larger additions and remodels where the client is expecting not only a quality product but also a quality building experience.

Phil is a “Past President” and “Builder of the Year” of the Madison Area Builders Association. He is on the Board of Directors as a “Life Director” for the Wisconsin Builders Association and holds the credentials of Certified Graduate Builder from the National Association of Home Builders. Phil maintains an active agenda in charitable organizations and was a founding member and current President of the Waunakee Community Foundation.

Phil is a proud member of NAHB’s 20 Club program and part of Club #37, the Professional Builders Council.

Joining this great group of dedicated builders is not only like having your own personal board of directors to bounce ideas off, but it’s like having your very own builder’s library. You can ask the group for literally anything you need; the sharing of ideas and the unconditional giving among our members is priceless. We share not only what is working but also what is not going so well because another member may have had the same problem and found a better solution, no need to reinvent the wheel with this group! Most importantly is the camaraderie I have found of likeminded individuals driven to improve themselves and their companies.
